This is the second time in less than a year that Ive had the opportunity to work with Michelle. During the first, my wife and I wanted to move to a house near our children and grandchildren, but we had very specific requirements regarding location and style of house. Despite these rather rigid requirements, she was able to get us exactly what we wanted and we couldnt be happier with the outcome. We then had to sell our previous house and she worked tirelessly, having multiple open houses and using her numerous resources to find a buyer and smoothly navigate the necessary requirements to close quickly. This is the 7th house that Ive bought and sold and Michelle is truly the most professional and competent realtor Ive worked with. She has total knowledge of the real estate field and housing market and whether you are buying or selling she has the expertise and connections to move from purchase contract to closing quickly and smoothly. I give her the highest recommendation possible and would hire her in a heartbeat should I need a realtor in the future.

Michelle Noma and her team are truly top notch ! . I highly recommend Michelle as she provides a concierge level of service and has hyper local knowledge of the Scottsdale real estate market. I greatly appreciated Michelle's openness and not "steering" me to any one property. Michelle educated me on the Phoenix area markets and took the time and effort to share their deep knowledge of the market when asked. Michelle succeeded in getting surveys done for ALTA title reports within relatively short time periods. Michelle is a star broker.
