Charles is an excellent realtor and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an attentive and responsive agent to assist in the real estate process. He has been very patient with me and my family, despite not knowing whether we were going to buy or build. He traveled to Prescott from Phoenix on many occasions, despite short notice, to show us homes. In the end, we decided to purchase land and he has been with us every step of the way thus far.
