Michelle was the sellers realtor for my condo. As an experienced realtor she balanced sellers short timeline without foregoing a full market price. Hurried procedures or last minute adjustments are not a problem for this realtor. A sure sign of a working mother who knows how to compromise yet get it done on time! This condo closing had some ridiculous obstacles (HOA mistake) at the last minute but Michelle negotiated with all parties involved and solved the issue by spending most of a day on the phone...while at Disneyland! We closed on time and all lived happily ever after. Of the many reasons I recommend Michelle, she is personable and works well with other agents and mortgage lenders, she is usually familiar with many due to her years as an agent. Another positive about Michelle is her family background with construction/building in the Phoenix area. She knows the builders, residential areas, and community backgrounds, and is very helpful with new-builds and technical advise. I highly recommend Michelle as a native Phoenician with extensive information and familiarity with this real estate market. This is an asset to most any buyer but particularly out-of-town buyers or new residents to Phoenix.

Michelle was the Listing Agent for one of my borrowers home purchase and after we closed she referred her seller to me to do the financing. On both transactions Michelle was amazing to work with. Our client loved her attention to detail, guidance and professionalism on her Sale and purchase of a new home. I'd recommend Michelle and hope to refer her any buyer who needs a 5-Star Realtor!
