This is my 2nd home purchase with Diana Yescas and it was an amazing experience to say the least. Diana helped me purchase my first property in 2021 where I bought a one bedroom condo in Scottsdale, AZ. She helped me negotiate a great price which was incredibly hard to do given the strongly favored sellers market Arizona was in during that time. Diana was able to do this by acting fast, building quick rapport with sellers agent and finding out exactly what we needed to beat out the other offers on the table while keeping the price low. Keep in mind I was only able to put down 5%, making it very difficult for sellers to choose me during that particular time. Fast forward to midway of 2023 my property has doubled in appreciation and she has helped me prepare for my second purchase of a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Avondale. This was a process I was particularly scared walking into as I wanted to keep the first property and convert it into a rental. This is where Diana not only helped me buy the 2nd house, but was also with me every step of the way getting my condo ready to be listed on the market as a rental. She was able to provide analytics to show me how soon the condo could rent and for how much to be competitive but also working to maximize my profits. Not to mention, she was able to negotiate the price of the 2nd house down $21,000 AND get me 3% sellers concessions (about $10,500) that I used to buy down my interest rate and lower my overall cash to close. It can be scary trying to build your real estate portfolio, but when you have the right team and especially the right realtor who has your back and is a true professional at their craft, it turns the process from scary to exciting and incredibly rewarding! I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy/sell their home, or even stage and Airbnb to call Diana and start building your real estate portfolio. I was scared to start my journey, but glad I did and even happier that I chose Diana!

Diana helped purchase my first home in Phoenix, AZ. Being a first time home buyer, I did not know what to expect, but Diana was patient with explaining the process and setting expectations about this crazy market. I did not waive my right to inspections and I did not pay a penny over the appraised value. I would recommend Diana for your buying and selling transactions.
