        Gary Robar is the best realtor we have ever worked with. He was helpful and knowledgeable about the housing market and the process of buying / selling a house. He worked very hard to make sure that we sold our house for the price we wanted, and made sure our house got lots of exposure with many open houses. He worked hard and was always available for questions and information anytime of day. He made the process of selling our house and buying a new house so easy. If you need a realtor call Gary.         As a first time homebuyer gary Robar really took great care of me . Helping me find a great house that was affordable for me. Explaining everything to me . Getting things done exactly when he said it would be . Less then 30 days I moved in to my house.

        Gary was able to do what countless other realtors and brokers we unable to do; GET ME INTO A HOME! But it was the process and ease and his constant check-ins that made the process easy for me. At no time did I feel lost, if I ever had any questions, he was right there ready with all the answers- from beginning to end. Even after closing he would still reach out, and as a new homeowner that was beyond helpful, as there were things I didn't know about. Like all those new home buyer guidelines one "should be aware of." Gary if and when you read this; THANK YOU! I only wish I had better words to describe the great help you were to me. I sleep so much better at night knowing I'm not throwing money down the drain on rents :). Thanks a million! You better be around when I buy my huge ranch ;)

        Gary has been a great help while we were seeking a home in Arizona. He was very responsive to our requests and located some houses for us to look at that we were not aware were on the market. Gary was wonderful in terms of communication. Gary also had resources that we needed in order to get a home inspection prior to completion of the sale. He's the best!!!
