As we had our first look inside, we were amazed by the custom, one-of-a-kind built home. Close attention to detail was put into this home by Troy. As a Builder, he exceeded expectations with his first custom home. The kitchen is a dream! Included high-end finishes, the most perfect Quartz island and custom cabinets to my hearts content. I highly recommend Troys custom homes, as he has great vision, a designers thought and is wonderful to work with.

Good thinker, proactive and easy to talk with. Troy has good business sense and understands financial values. He is responsive and timely. Early or on time for appointments. Doesn't try to force too much into one day. Narrows down the options by quickly discerning what we were looking for in a home. Does not run off on unproductive rabbit trails. He has a very creative nature and is able to see and develop productive investment opportunities. As a banker for Troy. Ive never felt doubtful or uncomfortable with our affiliation. A reliable partner I can trust. I felt included...part of the project. Troy is very mature. He holds to very high value for himself. He is easy to trust.
