I came here for a proctored exam on a Thursday morning. The people who work here are so kind, which is really great when youre stressing about an exam! The testing center was very clean and they provided me with disposable foam earplugs and noise canceling headphones. They also provide lockers for use. The staff obviously has strict rules they have to enforce, but somehow they do it while also being friendly. It was greatly appreciated!

I was taking IM board recertification. Two guys were chatting whole time and I could hear from test center. I get headache if I have to use headphone to muffle the noise. I had to complain.

I took the FE at this site and it was pretty horrible. They started me almost an hour late. They do provide noise canceling headphones and ear plugs, but those are very uncomfortable and I just cant think with those in my ears or the headphones clamping down on my skull for 6 hours. The worst though is they seated me under a loud ticking clock. I requested to move but the proctor would not let me even though I had not started my exam. This experience was honestly a nightmare for me after studying hundreds of hours within an extremely demanding work schedule. After complaining to both NCEES and Pearson, nothing happened. They just ignored it. I have to take the exam again and am not wanting to go back here. Also, good luck getting a decent date. All valley testing centers are booked out months.
