Melissa Helped me get into a house on short notice without me even being in the state. She was so helpful for me as a first time home buyer trying to do a VA loan. This was three years ago, and the house has stood the test of time. It really is a great location, at a great price (it has almost doubled now in value), and a great house physically. Even after my home purchase, she has been there for me answering questions about how to take care of my house, how to hire someone, etc. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a realtor who is there for them at every turn, even after buying the house. Plus. There were tasty drinks in my fridge, TP and paper towels on my counter, and a home improvement gift card in my hand on move in day. Going with Melissa was the #BestChoiceEver.

Melissa was professional, personable and all around amazing to work with. We had a few challenges to overcome and she helped us with each of them as they came up giving us options and hints to resolve them. She was on top of everything and kept us updated every step of the way. Thank you Melissa!! We will use her from now on and recommend her to everyone we know.
