Armando is the best ever! No matter the time or day in this hectic market he was always available to show homes. He was also very encouraging throughout the process, which was definitely needed with so much competition. He was very professional, knowledgeable, flexible, and punctual. I can't speak highly enough of My experience with Armondo Alvarado . Being a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how any of it went he was very patient and made sure to find the right place for me I met with a couple of realtors before Armondo, but knew instantly that he was the one for us. He is honest and hands-on and he really helped to take the pressure off of us. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Armondo walked us through every step of the negotiations, I cant thank him enough We have several friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, and we always recommend Armondo to them! He was Very professional and always ready to help
