I recently closed on a house in Tempe as an investment property. Mike and Ryan have been instrumental in walking me through the whole process as well as giving solid advice on what is important or not worthy of expending effort on. I've had a lot of questions about renovations and where the best return on investment lies, and they're right there with good perspective on what matters. About half the time, something I might consider important actually is not, and the Recon Group team explains the why behind the advice. They both own several similar properties and have first-hand experience on how to execute successfully on many types of investment properties. 10/10, will work with them again.

I was thrilled with the Recon Grouo during my house selling/buying adventure. This was my 4th home that I have purchased in the valley, and probably my best experience. Mike and his team are experts in the real estate market, but most importantly I felt like they gave me individualized attention to meet my specific needs.
