Throughout the process David was informative and professional and helped guide me through the waters especially when a couple things on our inspection report came back a little less than ideally (sewer problems) . He helped figure out how to get the sewer fixed in a time effective, and cost effective manor and helped negotiate a better deal due to that as well.
