Meredith and Brandon are amazing. They head off a two pronged attack and work insanely hard to make sure your house is taken care of. Brandon brought the data so we could make informed decisions and Meredith was there with us helping declutter and stage our house. They were there with us every step of the way making the selling process as easy and fast as possible. They had people for everything and importantly a top notch photographer whose pictures will remind you exactly why you bought your house in the first place. Listen to their advice and they will not lead you astray. Our house was on the market for a few day (which Brandon will be the first to tell you that this is not normal), however follow their advice and you will not be disappointed.

As a first time home buyer I was taken advantage of by Meredith. I purchased a new build and did all of the communication with the builder and Bank myself while Meredith was completely absent. I closed on my own. I did everything myself and Meredith had the audacity to take full commission. I would never recommend Meredith to anyone because after what I experienced, she is only in it for the money.
