I gave him my email and cell number, and he did not bombard me with text messages or emails. Just once a week emails with houses meeting our criteria. Those interactions gave me the confidence to go with Mike when we were ready to purchase several months later. The purchasing experience was easy to navigate with Mike; his knowledge of the market and easy going attitude made working with him a pleasure.
