We just recently closed on our house (last week) with clark as our realtor. I literally cannot say enough good things or do justice to the job that he did. He is by far the best realtor I have ever talked to or worked with. From the very first time we had a conversation about what we were looking for to right now after we have already closed he has been nothing but helpful, honest and worked extremely hard to get us EXACTLY what we wanted! He always made himself available or got back to us right away whenever we had questions/concerns about anything going on in the house buying process. found us an amazing deal and made sure we got everything we were supposed to from the builder and treated everything like it was his own home he was buying. I will be recommending him to every single person looking for a realtor because you will not find a better one!! I truly appreciate everything he did for us.

I have bought and sold houses the last few years, had multiple agents by my side helping me thru the process. It wasnt until I met Clark Hoppel (referred to me by my lender) , that I realized the process could have been a lot smoother all this time. Clark is very knowledgable and to me, would be considered a seasoned veteran of the real estate world. I didnt have to do much, he was always on top of it, finding ways to keep money in my pocket. He was able to negotiate 13k in sellers concessions. Something no other agents was able to do for me. Clark had to go look at a few houses without me since I lived in Washington. We ended up putting in an offer before I physically saw it. Thats how much I trusted in Clark that he knew what I wanted and would tell me the absolute truth about the property. Once I was able to come see the house, I loved it. Thats something I would have never done with a different agent. His customer service and his responsiveness is truly unmatched from anything Ive ever seen before. When I go to buy investment properties within the next couple years I will defiantly go thru Clark and would encourage anyone to have him as their realtor as he wont disappoint!
