First time home buyer! Did not know where to begin and my wifes friend suggested Sam. 100%, best decision we ever made. She cared about what we wanted in a home, searched continuously, and took every we dont like this one without missing stride. She found us the perfect for us house, and in less than two months. Im also a veteran and her lender knew everything about the VA home loan and walked me through multiple financial options. Sam is the most hard working, loving, and dedicated person! She is more than a realtor, shes become a great friend and is like family to us. She helped us buy our first home that we are still in today all while in a crazy market that we currently are in. She truly makes miracles happen!! Sam made our rental experience an absolute delight! She understood the assignment, and was able to find us the perfect home within 2 days! We were absolutely astounded, and we are so grateful to Sam for all her efforts! When we initially started looking for a rental property the process was turning into a nightmare, but once Sam took over it turned into an absolute delight.
