We had the pleasure of purchasing our home with Allison Joy and she is by far the best realtor that we had ever used. My wife and I recently moved to North Phoenix and we were having troubles finding a home and a good realtor. Luckily we ran into Allison Joy and it was by far the best experience we have ever had! She showed us multiple properties and was extremely helpful! She even talked us out of a few houses which we really appreciate, because eventually we found our dream home! In the past we have had realtors that just wanted us to buy whatever house we saw so the realtor could get their commission, not Allison! A great experience through and through.

Im thankful for everything that Allison has done for us. We just arrived from Brasil and knew nothing about Phoenix and she helped us with everything even with extra things like helping to fix utilities, buy furnitures. She used to ask every time if we needed something and if everything was working properly. She helped us to find a great house for me, wife and my 4 kids!

Allison was the best realtor I have ever worked with and my parents are grateful as well. She helped us find a great family home in North Phoenix, which is EXACTLY where we wanted to be. She listened to our needs and concerns, as I have a health condition that requires the indoor environment of house to be prestine. She was patient and amazing at communication. She answered every question we had and she was great at negotiating, since my situation was a little unideal. She didn't hesitate and she made it work. She made it so easy and I am beyond grateful.
