The bobcat door I purchased for approx $900.00 did not come with instructions or mounting hardware. The wiper arm didn't fit the wiper peg. I had to spend an additional $100.00 on hardware and a new wiper arm. The door shipped to me with the keys inserted into the door lock and as a result one key was bent in half. Installed the motor and wiper blade and put the door on the machine to find out the door doesn't fit tight. There is a large gap in upper corner and space between the door and machine at bottom of door. I tried calling and emailing partsallin several times without a response. I was forced to contact Ebay about the issue. Ebay sent a shipping label from partsallin that was insufficient to ship the door back after boxing it up and bringing the door to usps. Thank you to Ebay for stepping in and issuing a refund.
