We couldn't be happier with how we were treated and worked with by Ardra Hansen. She was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with us for the purchase of our new home in June 2023. I wish I could find some criticism to help her better herself in her career, but I honestly can't think of anything that she could have done differently or better for us. We had some difficult moments that I'm not sure any other realtor would have had the patience to deal with us on these issues and walk us through them as methodical and calm as she did. We weren't entirely sure what the process would entail and how much work it would take, but Ardra was VERY informative and you could tell right off the bat that she knew her career and had our best interests in mind. We were very confident using her and have already recommended her to several of our friends and will continue to do so!

Ardra did an amazing job! Cash offer above asking price on day 1! Also, she helped us navigate a tricky simultaneous closing transaction. She arranged contractors for inspection repairs and her communication was excellent. Best selling experience Ive had!

Ardra was wonderful to work with, she was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. We hadnt purchased or sold the house in 26 years and everything had changed and she was very patient in educating us as to how things would go. Ardra listened to what we wanted in our new home, and what we hoped to achieve financially out of our old house. She made it all happen. We sold our house in less than a week. Found another home within three weeks. She made it quite painless and even two months later, when I had questions, and we had moved in, and everything was settled, she still answered all my questions. I wouldnt want to work with anyone else.

Ardra was fantastic. Always available for communication. Very knowledgeable of the area and truly whats a great deal and what is not. She created the easiest search and closing I have ever been a part of through all my real estate adventures. Even after close, all her connections to get things done to our standards were also trustworthy, affordable, and excellent with their communication. There is no doubt I will be using her services again and I would never hesitate referring her to anyone that is looking for real estate investment or their forever home in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area of Arizona.
