After taking $2600 of my money for an exhaust system. A week goes by no shipping info. So I call they tell me they need additional info for FedEx so I give it to them. Days go by. Nothing. So I call again. They tell me to contact FedEx freight to schedule delivery. I call FedEx freight 2 days later because they are closed on the weekend. FedEx informs me they have no shipment for me from GM Parts Prime. I call them AGAIN. At this point they informed me that the $377 they already charged me for shipping was not enough and that I needed to pay them an additional $150 totaling $527 for shipping of an exhaust pipe. Mind you this is after paying them every dollar of the price listed on their website. They bait you in with a low part price then completely screw you on the shipping and if that still not good enough for them they just cancel your order if you refuse to pay them more. I dont understand how you pay a company the price and shipping they have their product listed for and they demand more money. Ridiculous.

Received my order a MONTH after ordering it, called numerous times and got the run around.. part arrives the WRONG part (right box but wrong part) and they refuse to return my item and keep saying you have the right part. $1000 down the drain. I would definitely recommend NOT purchasing items from this website unless you just love throwing money and time away!!!!!

Nobody is resolving my issue. The same excuse I keep getting is that the shipment was delayed due to the weather. After checking the weather in Milford, OH over the last few days, there hasn't been any severe weather that would cause that issue along with verification from FedEx. So can someone please explain why another shipment hasn't been arranged with a replacement part? This has become more and more frustrating for me during this time because I have been inconvenienced due to the delay this is causing for my repair. I still haven't received the refund for the overnight shipping either. No one is resolving this situation for me. I have never had a bad experience with any online shopping, but this one has been a nightmare for me. Someone needs to do something because now I feel like this is a scam and my money was taken.

Giving them 1 star because 0 wasnt an option. Ordered parts a month ago, still waiting on the correct ones. No contact back from them other than a bunch of auto generated bs. All communications had to be initiated by me. Wrong parts sent which took 3 weeks to get in the first place, no compensation of any kind for the delay, not even an apologoy. This site is a joke. Dont be fooled by the reviews on the webaite...they are all fake.
