Basin Capital Properties

Basin Capitol is horrible in my opinion. I put a maintenance request in and 3 weeks later all I have heard is excuses as to why I haven't even received a follow-up phone call to set a appointment to fix the sink in my bathroom. I only have 1 bathroom. I am 70 years old and have been using my kitchen sink to wash my face and brush my teeth. I am still waiting for it to be fixed. The property management people their are just horrible if I could choose 0 stars that's what I would have chose! .

We have been renting property from Basin Capital fir many years and have found them to be professional yet compassionate, especially through the past year where the majority of people were negatively affected. They have always gone out of their way to deliver excellent service, no matter the problem or request. We have dealt with many property managers and Basin Capital properties, together with Bea Blazanovic has been a pleasure to work with.

During Covid I have seen so many families evicted or treated unfairly and Unfortunately we have all been effected one way or the other. Not knowing if you will be homeless during these times because you are late in paying is extremely stressful but It does help when the property manager is understanding to your circumstances. Thank you Dragana from Basin Capital Properties for being more then patient. Dragana has always been there to answer questions or to sort out any problems that have occurred. She has a pleasant demeanor and she has never not gone out of her way to make sure everything is running smoothly.

I've worked with Basin Capital on multiple occasions for both buying and selling of properties. Every experience was amazing. Occasionally an issue would arise during a transaction due to the other party and Bea would always go above and beyond to get it resolved and complete the transaction. I will continue to use them for all my real estate needs.
