I never leave reviews, but I feel like I need to leave one after my experience with this realtor. I am a first time home buyer. I didnt know much about the process at all and was super nervous to make the biggest purchase of my life that I worked so hard for. Kharimah answered all my questions and educated me about the entire process. She even provided me with extra resources that really helped me learn how the home buying process worked and what to look for in a home that would fit my needs. Kharimah made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. I never thought I could actually have fun while buying a home, but Kharimah made this such a fun and memorable experience. I worked with other realtors before who made me feel rushed into buying a home I wasnt sure about, brushed off my concerns, and tried to pressure me into putting in an offer without explaining the process. My experience with Kharimah was so different. I feel like she is passionate about actually helping her clients find homes they love and isnt just focused on making money, unlike other realtors I worked with. She listened to and validated my concerns and I never felt rushed during our showings, even though I felt like I was being picky. She was so knowledgeable about every neighborhood and was able to pick out homes that suited my needs perfectly. She is local to AZ and did a lot of research about each home and neighborhood, even on short notice. We looked at so many different homes and she made sure I was confident in my purchase. She made sure I knew everything I needed to know BEFORE putting in an offer and told me what to expect and gave me a general timeline on the closing process. I even ended up saving a ton of money on the house I chose thanks to her, which is basically unheard of in this crazy market! I am so thankful for all she did for me and how she really stuck by me to help find me my dream home! Ive lived in this home for a year now and am SO happy with my purchase! If youre a first time home buyer, or even an experienced home buyer, I would definitely recommend Kharimah. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and compassion for her clients really set her apart from other realtors. I dont know what I would have done without her and am so GRATEFUL I found her! Kharimah knew the market so well and was extremely attentive through every step. She made what I thought was going to be a big complex process seem very easy and streamlined. I was able to get an incredible value, put a TON OF MONEY in my pocket and learned so much about real estate along the way. This is the only realtor you should consider!!! Kharimah did an amazing job in helping me find my dream home in a short amount of time. After she helped me sell my condo, she went fast to work on finding a bigger home for me and exceeded my expectations. Everyone kept telling me how difficult it was going to be to find a house and I was almost starting to worry! But with Kharimah's extensive knowledge in the industry and positive attitude I never had a doubt or worry. So if you are thinking about moving but are a bit apprehensive, don't listen to the so called "experts" out there and call the REAL expert, Miss Kharimah Campbell!
