Zinburger

Thought this was a really good burger. Not a good airport burger, but a good burger. My preference was the Sam, but the zin was also good. The onion rings were super crunchy with good flavor too.

I ordered a zinburger and received a completely cold burger. You could tell it never saw the surface of a grill or the inside of a microwave. If you're going to charge $14 for your burgers and then make customers wait for it, don't rip them off! I had to guess that because I was in the airport and had to get to my gate, it was an easy, lazy act. This was at PHX Sky Harbour Airport at approximately 1100.

Asian guy this morning 03/24/2024 refused to give me straw for my sprite. He said its a company policy not to give straws out that I paid for. Also the food was absolutely disgusting. We each took 2 bites. And threw it away. I might as well taken our 80 plus dollars we spent. and set it on fire. It would tasted better than the food. I DO NOT recommend this place to eat at. However as a bright spot there was a young lady working and kindly gave me a straw. SHE was VERY professional.

I never expect much from airport food beyond price gouging. This place is a welcome change! The Diablo burger had 2 patties and was overflowing with peppers and grilled onions, no skimpy portions here. Sweet potato fries were a huge portion and well-cooked, not soggy. Same price as home. Also, it came out in 5 minutes at 1130am.

I ordered a west coast chicken burger yesterday. As you can see, the west coast chicken burger includes Crispy chicken breast, Havarti Cheese, Avocado, Tomato, Lettuce & Mayo. But when I received the burger, there was no avocado, tomato in the burger. The reason why I ordered that burger was avocado and tomato. But there was no avocado and tomato. I am really disappointed about that and I also told the staff about this, but he said "we don't have avocado and tomato, that's why you didn't get the avocado and tomato." I'm so upset. I think if they don't have avocado and tomato, they should tell me about this and had to stop receiving the order of the west coast chicken burger. But they didn't any action. So, I don't want to go to there anymore because I've experienced the TERRIBLE service ever.
