There are so many realtors in Arizona (practically everyone and their mothers), I'm sure you can name twenty in less than two minutes. However, it's about the quality of the realtor and what that person brings to the table, especially in terms of negotiation. Aaron, while still relatively new to the realtor world (I believe he has two years of experience if I recalled correctly), has delivered more than adequate service ensuring that the process every step of the way was in our best interests. He has acted above and beyond. Easy to contact. Knowledgeable in his area of expertise and humble enough to acknowledge that he may need the assistance of others in areas that he may not necessarily know or have the answer to, yet will find out immediately. There is no doubt that I would work with him or refer him to my friends as I know they will be left in good hands. He is sure to be a rising agent if he isn't already in the industry. I cant say enough good things about my realtor, Aaron Rivera! I have purchased and sold 3 homes with the help of Aaron, and Im currently in process with my 4th. Ive dealt with other realtors in the past. But, Aarons expert knowledge and professionalism are second to none. He has always followed through quickly, but has never pressured me. He will find you the home that YOU want, and he is honest. He wont sell you something that you arent 100% satisfied with, just to make a sale. Thats why I am, and will continue to be, a return customer.

I've been able to get straight-up, honest, direct answers to all the questions I've ever asked Aaron. This goes for any questions that begin, "Well, I've heard that...." or letting him know that I'm unfamiliar with any abbreviations, terms or difference between the two. If he isn't able to answer or help with something specific, then he will call someone who does or put you in contact with someone he trusts.
