Filiberto's Mexican Food

I ordered 7 beef tacos today and they were cooked in old oil. They had a bad taste and bad smell reminiscent of fish. I went in for a refund with my receipt and my food and the lady at the front said she couldn't refund me without the "red card." I didn't like how she didn't ask for my name, explain the refund policy, or apologize for the inconvenience, she just told me to come back in the morning with the food and the receipt so the manager could process the refund. Making two trips for this refund and having to carry this old food with me is unpleasant since I work during the hours that the manager does and it will be difficult to get the refund. I'm not happy with this experience, they should make it easier to process a refund.

A great Fili's all around! Good time in the drive thru, friendly staff, clean and colorful interior. The carnitas street tacos were SO flavorful and hubby absolutely loved his veggie burrito - perfectly stuffed and flavorful. Thanks for an awesome lunch!

While the food at this Mexican-style restaurant is decent, it falls short of being exceptional. If given the choice, I would opt for another restaurant offering similar cuisine. That being said, the staff members are friendly and accommodating, contributing to a pleasant dining experience. One notable aspect is the quick service, as the food is prepared promptly. Overall, while it may not be my top choice, it's still a satisfactory option for a casual meal.
