Service was wonderful!! I dodnt knoe how it all worked and the delightful associate took great care of me. She took her time to help me through the process of making up my darn mind lol.

Ordered delivery on Valentine's day. I paid over 50 for 3 pints and 6 waffle bowls/cones. Not only was the order late, ice cream melted...but no waffle bowls or cones were delivered. When I called to make sure I wasn't charged for them...the kid on the phone said " we can't do anything about that, you'll have to go on the app. " I said " what app? I ordered on your website". Then she puts me on hold for a bit and gets back on to tell me to call this number... So I call the number and a woman answers" hello". So I'm confused and finally understand that they gave me their managers personal cell number. She told me to text her the information and she would refund me, so I did. But three days later, yet to see a refund. It's not about the 10 bucks worth of waffle cones that irks me...it's the terrible service. Why offer a service that you aren't capable of performing? Train your people better. It cannot be a corporate policy that an off duty manager had to be responsible for refunding money to a customer who hadn't recieved what they paid for. Very ridiculous experience.
