Thank you , Thank you Josh, I spent several evenings going back and forth trying to make sure I order the right wheel chair for my son. Josh walked me through step by step on the internet to make sure all my specifications were met, and I ordered the correct wheel chair. He is patient and so considerate, I could not thank him enough for making my job so much easier. Employees like Josh are hard to fine these days. So thank you Josh for everything . Vickie

I experienced superb customer service from Southwest Medical when ordering a part for my sons wheelchair. Charlie went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the correct part. This was the best service weve ever received from this type of business in 20 years!
