        I needed to lease a recliner for an upcoming surgery. I found that Copper Star had a great rating and they had a store near to where I was staying. Before the recliner was delivered, I went to their Phoenix location to pick up some other items. The sales reps were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The store was bright, and organized rationally and each section was clearly labeled. It was a delight compared to other medical supply stores Ive visited. The delivery of the recliner went smoothly, and the delivery guy, Mike, was pleasant and efficient.

        I had been searching for a lift chair for close to a year. There are many places in Phoenix to buy one. I decided to go to Copper Star Home Medical Supplies. They have been in the business for 22 years with great reviews, a stellar website for viewing products. I visited their store in the afternoon on a Monday. Greg, one of the managers, showed me chairs that best fit my need and assisted me as I sat in them. I found an awesome chair. I was having surgery and needed it quickly delivered. They were more than happy to accommodate my request and the chair was delivered In two days. The other store manager, Lane, delivered the chair. He couldnt have been any more professional and kind. When he realized he had left a chair part at the warehouse, he left to get it and quickly returned to finish setting up my chair which is amazing. I sit in it every day feeling like a queen. LOL. I just wished I hadnt waited so long to buy one. I dreaded it and thought it was going to be a hassle, but it was such an easy purchase and decision since I went with Copper Star Home Medical Supplies. I cannot thank you guys enough!!
