        I used NSM for the first time in 2019 and LOVE the continues service and assistance Ive received. I went back for my next chair last year. Steve Ortiz is full of knowledge and awesome with knowing what pieces and parts will work best and how to tweak and adjust just right. As a wheelchair user for the last 30= years I know how important this is and how hard a person and company like this is to find: if youre in the Phoenix area, this is your place and he is the man!

        My husband is a Quadraplegic. Steven Ortiz has taken care of my Husband over the last 6 years. He is professional, knowledgeable in his line of work. Most importantly, he is caring, compassionate, and listens to us. He goes above and beyond to help us. These days, it's rare to find people like Steven, who do more then they have to. We appreciate him and know we can rely on him!!
