I would give one star, but two awesome employees got a star added. I went through this company for a chair three years ago and my main concern was how I have a bone missing, so i need a set up that will favor the missing 3 inches on my right butt cheek. Long story short they gave me a chair that was so bad when i would wheel around my right side of my ribs would rub on the wheel due to to this. I call and told them about 7 months after i got the chair and they said there was nothing they could do. three years later after fighting to get a chair soon then the five year mark, because i could only stand being in the chair for a few hour do to pain. I had my doctor send some referrals to a few companies and at first they person told me the my insurance in not in network, so i started the process with another company. a few days later Numotion called me saying good new that I am not in network and that i could go with Numotion. I told them i started the process with another company and they told me that if i went with that company it would take months longer. They pretty much talked me into changing to their company. I change to Numotion and everything was on track. The day the chair was getting delivered i get a call from Numotion saying that they messed up and that they are not in network with my insurance. They told me they were going to work something out with my insurance but there was no guarantee it will go through. I called my insurance telling them the situation and i'm so thankful my insurance helped me and put it in as in network. The PT and people that measured me were great, but this company has some odd practises and they need to retrain the person that measured me for the first wheelchair.
