Doctor is very professional and informational... I had experiences where the doctors just try to push you out the door but here the doctor talks to you like he knows you, engages in conversations about your situation and tries to give you the best advices for your health.

IT IS THE MOST MISERABLE CLINIC IN ALL OF PHOENIX, YOU ARE GOING FOR AN EAR INFECTION AND THEY WANT TO SELL YOU 400 DLS OF MEDICATIONS AND INJECTIONS WHAT THE SECRETARIES, BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT NURSES, THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW THAT THEY ARE GOING TO INJECT ME, THE DOCTOR VERY EAGING AND WITHOUT A BADGE AND MUCH LESS A TITLE IN LANPARED THAT SUPPORTS IT, THEY ARE LEECHES, IT'S A SHAME I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO REPORT, THEY DENIED ME ANTIBIOTICS, FOR NOT LETTING ME INJECT AND PAY FOR THE OTHER MEDICATIONS THAT I ALREADY HAVE, SYRUP, Naproxen, DROPS, PAIN PILLS I ONLY WANTED ANTIBIOTICS AND THEY DENIED THEM, "WHAT IF I DIDN'T WANT ME TO GO TO ANOTHER CLINIC" I TOLD THE DOCTOR THAT I HAD AN EAR INFECTION FOR 2 DAYS AGO, AND THEY MADE ME WAIT 2 HOURS FOR NOTHING, THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE CONSULTATION AND THEY DID NOT EVEN GIVE ME A RECEIPT, BE CAREFUL WITH THEM, INSTEAD OF HELPING THE PATIENT THEY ONLY WANT TO TAKE THEIR MONEY AND THEY DON'T CARE TO "LYE TO YOU" SAYING THAT YOU NEED MORE MEDICATIONS, FOR AN ILLNESS THAT YOU DON'T HAVE, SUPER DANGEROUS... THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED, WALLSGREEN MINICLINICS SEEMS MORE RELIABLE AND THE CONSULTATION IS WORTH THE SAME.
