So many AMAZING medical providers here!! Initially I was seeing Dr. Feldman and he was great, but he retired and I was switched over to a different provider. I was really nervous seeing someone new especially while I've had some serious health issues recently. My new Primary is Dr. Chadwick, but I was able to get an appointment very quickly with Chelsea Greenwood, NP, and I'm just so thankful for her kindness and compassion while I've been struggling to cope with a scary condition, and how knowledgeable she was on my conditions. she also introduced me to the in-office therapist Christina, who immediately came in and made time to meet with me and get caught up with what's going on. I left the appointment feeling like I'm in good hands, and like I'm going to be ok. Seriously, if you get a chance to see NP Chelsea Greenwood, take it because she's a fantastic provider. I am so lucky to have found such an amazing place for my primary care. Thank you all so much. -J Riley

Cant even make an appointment without being told you have to have a Covid test when you dont even have Covid. Called to make an appt was told to wait and go get and pay for my own Covid test for something I dont even have they wanted me to wait until almost 8 hours later to make an appt for the next day when I was the first person who called as soon as they opened up. Went to minute clinic got strep test which was positive, in less than an hour after calling these useless clowns no Covid test nothing simple strep and antibiotics which is all that was needed I will be changing my primary care provider asap, also they do charge for ridiculous things that are covered by insurance only to tell you that you are responsible because as the other person said its up to them to charge ins or you and they charge you because they get more money they dont care about patients its all about the money.

On Jan 15, 2023, I visited the IMS campus in Paradise Valley to meet with a new PCP for my annual checkup. This was my first visit to an IMS facility, and I confirmed with the representative on the phone who helped me schedule my appointment, as well as the receptionist at the front desk who checked me in, that my checkup visit would be covered by my insurance plan, due to its preventative nature. After being brought back, my PCP came in, asked some probing questions, and briefly inspected my eyes, ears, throat, muscles, etc. He then engaged in a conversation with me where he asked if I had any questions for him. I verbally brought up some of my health concerns, including a weird popping noise associated with my left knee. My PCP responded by quickly verbally screening me about the knee concern (no physical contact involved), then mentioned how he could refer me to an orthopedic colleague of his residing in the same building. Shortly after this conversation, I gathered my things and exited the building. A few days later, my insurance statement arrived. The doctor's office billed me for the preventative PCP visit (which was covered), but issued an ADDITIONAL charge for 20 minutes of "diagnostic care". That charge was $222 (which comes out to $666/hr btw) for a NP to give me the same exact information I could've found on the building directory downstairs. I contested this charge with both the office and my insurance provider- no dice. It's ultimately upon the office for choosing to bill me as they did. This visit has left me frustrated and disappointed. I will not be returning to another IMS campus in the future, and strongly caution others against visiting one themselves.

The suite # is different now I think. Been seeing Dr Kelly and Dr Quarashi for years. Love them all the staff.

My elderly mother has been attempting to get a refill on her medication since last week. The pharmacy sent a request initially. When my mother went to pick up her prescription the pharmacy informed her that the prescription had not been submitted by the physician ( Liana Pop NP) my mother contacted the office herself Friday and was told by the staff member it would be taken care of. It is now Wednesday and her prescription still has not been refilled even though she called again yesterday and was told that they have 72 hours to respond to patient request. What kind of ridiculous negligence is this! You are responsible to do "no harm" in the Hippocratic oath. How do you prescribe life sustaining medication and then can't be bothered to refill the prescription when the pharmacy and patient reaches out on multiple occasions. This is not acceptable practice behavior. Please do better!
