        The staff is smiley, happy and friendly. The providers do wonderful and thorough care.

        I followed my Primary Care physician to Synergy Health 360 in 2022. The staff seemed friendly and professional. However, I received a secure note late in 2023 stating that I would have to pay a fee of $49 per year due 1/2024 to continue to schedule with my PCP. I verified that this was true with my PCP. I told her I would not pay it, so would have to change PCP. She supported me in that decision. As a result, I didn't get any follow-up from Synergy on tests ordered for me in 2023 that I could not complete until 2024. And my PCP has since left Synergy. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I would NOT recommend them.
