      image WHAT A JOKE!!! Is this guy (or his nurse practitioner) even licensed?!? My family member was at Phoenix Mountain Post Acute Rehab for 6 weeks. Dr Mal and/or his NP saw her 3x each week, then signed discharge papers for her to go home. When we asked for them to sign her return to work paperwork, they refuse! Our family members job is to sit at a computer in her home. They told us that they cannot sign it, but her PCP must do so, someone that our family member has not even seen for 4 months, prior to her hospitalization. So although Dr Mal saw her probably 18 times while at Phoenix Mountain, he cant evaluate whether or not she can sit at a computer? I think this guy is a fake!
