First visit I had he told me we have to get your info from your old doctor will call you in a month even though I'm suffering from Crohn's disease.....

I was referred to them by my primary. I set up a procedure with one of the doctors the day before he cancelled. I wasn't able to reschedule due to child care. I finally made a follow up to get the procedure done. I was told he only does them with a 6 am check NO other options. I asked if I could see another doctor in the practice to get a later appointment that I could not make a 6 am. I was told no if I could not do 6 am I would have to go to another doctors office that once you see 1 doc you MUST SEE THEM ONLY. Your telling me 3 doctors in this practice and they won't help!!
