Success Care

This is by far the worst place I've ever experienced! These People Are Incompetent!!! No one knows what they're doing!!! I was seen for a revocation packet, that went well, but then AZ MVD required an alcohol screening, so I was scheduled an online visit. Charissa said she never heard of it, but found something, filed it out and mailed it. I called MVD, they never received it and then they said it is required to be uploaded through their portal. I called to ask if she could just upload it and gave her the web address. I didn't hear back, so a few days later I called and was told it has to be done in person, so I set the appointment up for Wednesday, Dec. 6th at 3:30pm. I got 1 confirmation text the day before, and 2 confirmation texts the day of the appointment, to which I confirmed the in person visit. I showed up, doors locked. I called and was told they don't do in person appointments on Wednesdays, only Monday and Tuesdays! Wasted 3 weeks and then Philip says it's for the revocation packet, no, it's for alcohol screening, oh, he says, let me see if we do that! No one called or text me to tell me don't come, they texted me and told me come! What a joke this place is! It's a far drive, but they don't care! Then, I find out they billed my insurance!!!

Horrible place to work at Dr David is doctor dumb. Very unprofessionally. He lives in new mexico and manages from there. How can you manage from another state? You get no support from anyone. Houses are unorganized. Pay sucks big time. Patients do inappropriate things to each other and dont do nothing about it. I wouldn't even recomend this job to my worst enemy.

I truly love what this company stands for. I was treated well and prompt by the staff. It was my first time at this facility and I felt very comfortable. I would definitely recommend!

I have yet to actually be seen at this place. I have called once a day for a week to get an appointment set up. I am being told the same thing every day, that we will be back in touch with you "today." This is probably the worst service from a psychiatric outpatient program Ive ever received regarding scheduling. I will be sure to update when I finally am seen.
