        If I could go less than one star I would. Had always liked this doctor, he did both my daughters toenail removal. I used to recommend to others. I will never recommend his office again. When I called they had my information and said I was an established patient. They gave me a cash price. Once I was in the room they informed me I was not and it wasnt until I went to pay that the price had doubled because I was not an established patient. I will not have the other foot done and will go to another establishment. Honesty and integrity should always come first. If the price doubles you must tell the patient BEFORE the procedure is done so they can make a decision to proceed forward. Choose another establishment over this one especially if you are paying out of pocket

      Hi Lena, thank you for taking my call today regarding your concerns. As I clarified with you, when you called to schedule the appointment, you stated you were an existing patient and we verified that you did indeed already have an account with us. Based on that information, you were quoted the price for the procedure you needed. After you were roomed, we realized that you were not an established patient because you canceled your first visit. Had this been discovered during the check-in process, our Front Desk Representative would have advised you of the change in cost as she is trained to discuss financial responsibility with the patient. However, since you had already been roomed, we were not aware that financial information needed to be rediscussed. This was an oversight, not an intent to be dishonest. As discussed in our call, I will be mailing you a refund and we hope that you will give us an opportunity to regain your trust. Thank you.
