Optum Primary Care - Moon Valley

They should highly consider hiring more staff to answer phone calls since clearly the current staff cant manage the call volume or front office is just advised to completely ignore calls. Its a nightmare to get ahold of anyone other than scheduling and they cant assist you with anything. I have to drive all the way there today to get my referrals figured out when I called and left a message 5 days ago for someone to call me back. If you can, choose another office.

I can no longer get a hold of anyone at this location. When I call no matter what selection I make on the telephone prompt it hangs up on me I've been there twice, enough for them to be considered by my health insurance to be my primary and now I can't get anything done. Thanks Optum, I'd be better of heading to a train yard at this point.

Only been here once but the Dr didn't really make me feel like I was cared for. Gave me the vibe like he wanted to be done. Everything that felt cause for concern, he just said don't worry about that. I moved on to another location I found with high reviews who are taking my concerns alot more seriously and they themselves find it a concern

Terrible terrible, extremely terrible. Scheduled an appointment with Olga, called to get information on the appointment and it wasnt actually booked and Olga magically doesnt work there anymore. How convenient, now I have to rework my work schedule after already scheduling around this.
