Four weeks ago, I was seen by Oscar Campuzano, a physician assistant, and he ordered a blood test and an ultrasound. He said it takes about a week to receive the results, and once received, he would call me to discuss the results. I have waited three weeks for a follow-up call from Oscar Campuzano, and I have called three times attempting to get in contact with him. I've monitored my patient portal for incoming messages, and nothing has arrived. On the first two tries of calling, the representatives left a priority message, notifying him that I had called. On the last try I called, I was sent to voicemail (I left a detailed message with my contact information). The lack of communication and patient care is unprofessional. To this day, I have yet to hear back from Oscar Campuzano regarding my results.
