Steward Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Center, Phoenix

The office staff had made my experience with total knee replacement a total mess. From the beginning to end they have been uneducated and unable to mange my patient experience. I have since gone to get a second opinion and received a diagnosis that I may have received the incorrect knee joint. I cannot get through to Dr. Camarata to discuss or set an appointment.

I can't believe that some people are writing bad reviews just for the administrative staff or for how long they had to wait or the temperature of the office give me a break!! I had the most pleasant experience at this orthopedic surgeon. The nurse that brought me back to see the doctor (Hilda Andrade) went over and beyond her call of duty and was very compassionate and even listened to some of my personal things online when she didn't have to that was not the reason I was at the office obviously most places won't give you the time of day or even act like they're interested in your personal life. When Tyler Enders came in not only did he look very professional but he acted very professional he took his time with me and was very gentle and kept asking me if I move it this way will it hurt and I just really liked that he did not rush me and he let me ask all the questions I wanted to ask and didn't get frustrated with me I really appreciate that this is an awesome place I can't say anything but good about them!!

Absolutely the worst experience with the office staff, whoever is in charge of referrals has no idea what they're doing. It's takes months to send out information and when they do they get it wrong, they waste your time and they don't care about their patients ,clearly. I've had to reschedule appointments for my mom more than 3 times because they don't send out information correctly and on time!!! Don't waste your time with these doctors and their staff it's an absolute nightmare and you'll never get a call back and they never pick up.

It's hard for me to give a bad review, but alas, I must do it. My husband got the news he had basal and Squamous cell carcinoma back in August. We had originally been assigned to see Dr. Flynn at the Deer Valley office, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Dr. Flynn is no longer working in the Deer Valley office and we were sent to the Scottsdale location... we are sitting here waiting to be seen. The original appointment was scheduled for 9:15 and it is now 10:30. Not to mention it is freezing in this office. Honestly, this is the longest we have ever waited to be seen by a physician. I personally do not recommend Steward Medical Group if you are looking for a Orthopedic Surgery - that is if you plan on waiting forever.
