Contrary to what their website says, they do not accept walk-ins. Waste of time.

This is the worst medical office in Phoenix. I've been going for three years and have probably seen five different providers because they can't seem to keep anyone. The office staff that answers the phones are rude. They charge for a full appointment that lasts five minutes and then they force you to speak with a doctor for results so they can charge a second office visit. I had to paid over two hundred dollars for less than 10 min. Totally crooks.

Horrible! Ive never had such consistently bad experiences trying to get ahold of someone, anyone, at a medical practice. I urgently needed a life-saving prescription refilled. After the pharmacy attempted to contact the office for an entire week without success, they were the ones who let me know I should get in touch with my doctors office. No one called me back within 24 hours. With one pill left, I had to physically drive to the office to talk to a receptionist. Then the doctor wouldnt refill my prescription until he saw me. They scheduled me for that day, and he was an hour late to the appointment. As you can imagine, my boss wasnt thrilled this was all happening on a work day, and neither was I. Cannot WAIT to change providers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
