Made an appointment online for 730am with a provider. Showed up 20 minutes early, doors didn't unlock until 7:58. Receptionist kind, stated they do not book online and it's supposed to be getting fixed, and that the provider I booked with doesn't even work there any longer (I booked 3 weeks ago) PLEASE update this online so that this doesn't happen to a potential patient trying to establish care in the future.

The worst experience here at the surprise office with the staff and management. They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a medical office . They play with peoples time and are more worries about collecting a copay and then cancel your appointment. They have no regards for people with Healthcare issues and could care less if you've been with your medication.

First off let me just say Reyna is great! Love her. So glad I finally have good PA there! However, everything else is very frustrating! Calling numerous times to office with no one answering phone. Seeing one Dr only to be told they are no longer there, over and over. Trying to get fast appointment because Im not feeling well, and being told they cant get me in, and to try Urgent Care. Says Walk-ins welcome, that is a joke. If it werent for Reyna I would go somewhere else! And I would give a one star review.

Front desk was able to help me with my appointment with no issues. The primary doc was warm and welcoming. He actively listened to my concerns for my health and provided great treatment. Overall great experience, looking forward to pursuing this clinic as my primary health care.

Dr. Khalil was kind, direct and didn't flood me with a surplus of medical jargon I wouldn't understand. The staff was awesome and went out of their way to assist me. Big thumbs up!
