This facility seems like they just want money took my grandmother for a bit and Dr. Long Le was highly disrespectful in yelling at my poor grandmother. While in the the office I overheard him yelling at his staff and being extremely rude. Dont ever go here!

Trying to get a very important prescription filled for a week, they keep blowing me off. They've done the same things with referrals. This office just takes as many patients as they can but they don't really have the capacity to provide sufficient care for basic patient needs. Just moved to AZ and so far the healthcare here is absolutely disgraceful.

This is by far the worst office I have been to. They diagnosed me with a serious autoimmune disease and for 2 months delayed My care really over 2 months they referred me to a specialist that I shouldn't have never ever been sent to they delayed my care! Dr tan didn't really explain my results throughly or even tell me why he was referring me to the specialist he was you trust that these medical professionals know best but clearly they don't I found out more info on Google then from Drs who are billing my insurance.. for 45 mins calls and I've never even been in the office speaking with for 45min let alone on the phone.. months later I questioned there pa ANH why I was being referred to this specialist I can say he explained my results and provided good info but it stops there he is actually the WORST I went to this Dr only because they are open 7 days a week but I'd rather go to a veterinarian hospital then them and yes I am aware they care for animals that's how incompetent I feel this office is... After discussing with ANH he agreed a rhemotoid Dr couldn't help me with my autoimmune disease and that they already tested me for Ra ,lupus ECT and those things came back negative that it would be best to see a hepatologist or gastroenterologist with my coaching and guiding him this man prescribed me medicine that is bad for your liver that I had been taking over 2 weeks and then told me after our Convo don't take it it's almost like he forgot what was wrong with me and offered me another medication that he said was preventive and would help my liver guess what it is Prilosec!!! I didn't realize the brand name when he said it on the phone so I told him yes I'll take that for my liver after a google search I see I paid $40 for 20mg priolesc that can be purchased same mg over the counter ... Why or how would priolesc help my liver???? They are the absolute worst it you value your life your loved ones don't go here I work in the miledical field and I will tell everyone that listen about tid terrible practice!!!!!
