I called with some very technical questions about the lights that the design firm I am working with intends to use. Sarah Wolf answered my online chat request and in less than 15 minutes answered all of my code compliance questions and conferred with her in-house electrical professionals to allow me to provide coherent answers to questions that are beyond my expertise. Although she did not have a solution for my problem she directed me how to get those solutions. This is one of the best customer support interactions I have ever had. Thank you Sarah Wolf, for being the example of what customer service should be.

My builder ordered 3 lights back in July. We accidentally ordered the wrong finish and have been trying to get a hold of someone at the company. Emailed countless times and cannot find a phone number. We need to exchange the lights and need to get a hold of someone!

The product is good quality, but they are a small company which can create issues. My order arrived past the promise date, and missing a part. I reached out right away in order to get the order corrected, but no one responded until I posted a review. The mishap resulted in a delay in completing the remodel. When I finally was able to reach someone, they said that they had been sick and unable to respond to my repeated requests. In the end, they made it right.

I work for an architectural firm and we frequently spec fixtures from Lucent Lightshop. Their quality and workmanship is always top notch, the contractors say they are easy to install, and it's great to support local small business. They take a while to create but so does every other custom light we order. They will modify their fixtures to the size / spec that we need, and also do custom work from of our drawings. They are also fairly fast compared to other places that quote 10-12 weeks. A big thumbs up from us.
