Stay far away from this company signed contract since Oct -2023 they have 10k and have not done anything what are you waiting for ?! Have received nothing but runaround have been doing more than what I need to be doing as a customer meaning me calling them instead of them calling me. Its like theyre asking one hand for permission for the other one to move. Dont understand. They are just the middle people the roof is done by someone else. Eliminate the middle man. Update :5/7/2024 I have called I have been waiting for a call back that has yet to come for the last 3 weeks. Also waiting on an email for the last 4-5 weeks thats has been signed already but since so much time has past you dont want to use it and want it signed again to start. Wasted my lunch on hold with them trying to figure it out 30 min promised to get an email by the end of day. End of day and nothing

This company was adamant that they could get our roof replaced and advocate for us with our insurance company, yet after 5 months, we get a notice in the mail that our homeowners insurance company has dropped us. We had tiles falling off our roof everytime we had sever wind and rain storms and initially only wanted the damaged places repaired, but the saleswoman who came to our door told us that her company has a massive success rate, and that we could have the entire roof replaced not just a patch job. Our insurance company claimed that we were somehow negligent in protecting our roof from damage. We have called the initial saleswoman named Shawn, and she has yet to get back with us on why this has happened. Since our insurance company dropped up due to roof damage, we cannot obtain new insurance from any other company until we have repaired or replaced our roof completely out of pocket. This is devastating for our family. They sold us promises of a new roof, instead we got ghosted by adjust pro solutions and are now left without insurance and a massive bill we will have to go into debt to replace. Avoid this company at all costs.
