I had a phone consultation with Atty Necole Walloch a couple of weeks ago. She was professional but kind. She actually LISTENED to what I had to say instead of assuming that after I spoke a sentence or two, she knew what I was going to say. She appeared to actually understand my situation and my concerns and to care about my feelings and why I felt I might need an attorney. She didn't rush, which I really appreciate. Although I am older and of low income, Necole treated me as if I mattered. If you call her and leave a message, she will text you back at what seemed like her earliest convenience. She was extremely flexible with her schedule and meeting times. She even offered to meet for a Consult in the evening. But, we settled on mid-day on SATURDAY! (Which made a consult much easier for me as I didn't have to worry about missing work or about trying to talk to an attorney about work while AT work.) Necole was easy to talk to and she had immediate suggestions for moving forward with explanations of why her suggestions were important for a successful case, if one was needed. I also had a couple of questions a couple of weeks after my consult regarding my situation which I asked her by text. She responded in a timely manner stating that she would take a better look at my questions when she had a free moment and get back to me. Then later THAT SAME AFTERNOON, she answered my two questions with professionalism and understanding. I have dealt with lawyers in the past and I've had friends who were/are successful lawyers. But only one other atty and Necole has ever made me feel comfortable to work with regarding my actual predicament over their typically difficult/high fee to pay. I found Necole through a program for folks in the lower income bracket. However, if I had the money to pay her standard fee and if my experience with her so far continues, I would gladly pay her standard fee IF I had the money to do so. I will use this firm whenever I need an attorney for an issue in which they practice and I would certainly highly recommend Necole to anyone needing assistance in her area of practice based on my experience so far. Necole was the only attorney willing to work with me when the unemployment office contacted me post Covid stating that I had received benefits fraudulently. I had followed state employee direction in the way I filed and was most definitely due unemployment benefits. Necole was able to step in when I got nowhere on my own and I am certain that I would still be fighting the state almost 2 years later if Necole had not become my advocate. From personally going to the unemployment office for copies of documents to being with me on calls to Admin Law Judges and unemployment representatives to just being a calming voice when I needed one, she is a winner. She is kind and patient and truly cares about the clients and what their legal troubles are doing to their personal lives. I hope that I never again have a need for legal representation but I would not hesitate to retain Necole again!!
