It's not like it used to be. Dead flies on the windowsill. Slow service and the place wasn't busy.

3/26/2024 - had some calamari which was cooked to long, chewy and rubbery. The serving was very small. This used to be the place to get good calamari but not at this location. Go go Cheesecake Factory for awesome calamari that always melts in your mouth, not chewy and fighting back.

This was our 2nd visit. We asked to be seated at the table we sat at for our first visit. Our hostess was rude when she she took us to our table. The waitress (Andrea) was nice which is the only reason why we left a tip. The meal we shared (Mama's Trio) had fettuccine alfredo noodles that looked like butter noodles with no Alfredo sauce and cold lasagna. We told Andrea and she tried her best to accommodate. There was no manager that came to speak with us to apologize for the inconvenience. Needless to say, my wife and I will not be back to dine here

Used to be a decent place for dinner, not anymore. Someone has to tell the muppets in the kitchen that they should never nuke the mashed potatoes. Ok temperature outside with a molten lava center. It doesnt take a culinary genius to tell that it was microwave. Steak was ordered medium rare but came medium well, it was a smidge softer than shoe leather. The broccolini was way undercooked, if I had gardening shears with me they would come handy. The only positive was the calamari appetizer I ordered, thankfully they have turned off and emptied the fryer so they had to use fresh oil and fire it up again for my appetizer. The place looked like a morgue with a staff that made me feel like theyve lost all hope. Granted, my waitress Maria, really tried her best and its because of her I didnt complain when I was there. Anyways, I wont be returning. PS. my tongue is still burning from the nuked potatoes.
