        Wow, what a complete disappointment in a business. I accidently left a tablet and book in the room on the nightstand. After several calls to the hotel I was never allowed to speak with the manager of the hotel, but rather got vague responses to my inquiries if my items had been turned in. Despite them knowing who cleaned my room, and presumably stealing my property, I was told there was nothing they could do for me. If a company chooses to employ individuals with no integrity, I will most certainly never return to this hotel or recommend it to anyone. Clearly, customer service is not a high priority for them. Very disappointing indeed.

        I stayed in this hotel in December of 2022 in the room smelled terrible. Like raw sewage terrible we complained to the front desk multiple times they told us that it was a plumbing issue and it will be resolved shortly ( never saw a maintenance worker or Plummer) .Our room smell terrible the entire time we stayed there we even requested to move and we were told that they could not do that because they were fully booked ( not sure if that was true because we didn't see a lot of people) .They didn't offer us a refund but gave us a small discount (I think it was $100) .If I were known I would not have booked this hotel. I would strongly advise against staying here.
