Despite a long line of customers streaming through the door and phones ringing incessantly, Millie managed to multitask with a smile and a positive attitude that truly impressed me. As a business owner and frequent traveler, I recognize exceptional service when I see it. Millie is undoubtedly a gem, and I believe she deserves a raise, promotion, or any recognition necessary to retain such a valuable employee. .
