Quality Hospice Care

Our mother was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and within 6 hours we had to find a home to place her and choose a hospice care company. We were blessed to find Quality Hospice to come in and help care for mom while she was in the assisted living facility. Everyone we came in contact with from this hospice company was beyond kind and compassionate. These people really cared about our family and what we were going through. Linda Miller was our assigned nurse and we could not have found anyone better. She was always there when we needed her or needed supplies. The only reason I am not giving them five stars is because Mom died on Monday morning and it is now Thursday evening and the hospice doctor still has not signed the death certificate so that her body can be shipped back for burial. Our family is traveling from all over the US for the funeral which we haven't scheduled yet because there is no death certificate. This has been very frustrating! Everyday they have promised it would be signed and faxed by the end of the day but so far nothing.
