    I am becoming more and more frustrated with the GI team assigned to my trouble(s). What was a routine "safe" procedure has now brought me back for a fourth stay in the hospital in nearly 3 months. I also think they are getting tired of me showing up. I've only had one visit from a team member and questions I need answers for only addressed by hospitalist of Banner University.My confidence in BDH at this time is lessening.04/07/25I just received a call telling my appointment is going to be at the Arcadia location or I could just do a tele-health appointment. I am seriously disappointed in this facility.I've called about a prescription that needed more information from the provider nearly 3 weeks ago. I finally hear from them this morning as well about the prescription finally being signed and submitted until tomorrow (4/8/25). How can this place keep getting paid by my insurance (ahcccs) for such poor service? My opinion of course. Perhaps I not as important as everyone else.All of my appointments have been tele-health. I've only met the doctor for the endoscopy procedures. Even the rest of the team is just as bad. I'm tired of this place. Unfortunately, my primary care provider will not send me elsewhere due to their belief that Banner Digestive is the best. Pfft. I'm going to one star now.

    Terrible experience. 1st appointment was chaotic and very confusing. It seemed like everyone's first day. 2nd appointment was supposed to be a colonoscopy/endoscopy but they canceled less than 24hrs before the procedure because they are "no longer in contract with my insurance". Why am I just finding this out less than a day prior. I had already started prepping and had to take time off of work. There was no apology or help finding care. Completely unacceptable. To add insult they called to confirm my post procedure follow up right after canceling last minute on me. I actually feel like I dodged a bullet being under their sloppy, careless, incompetent care.
